Terms & Conditions for your first load of concrete, mortar or screed half price

1. The promoters are the Palmer Landscapes trading as and hereinafter referred to as "The Promoters" for the Half Price off offer ("The Offer"):

2. The offer is open to landscapers, builders and DIYers in the Yorkshire region.

3. The Offer is - One adult is eligible to receive their first mix of concrete, mortar and screed after registering their name and email address on the registration form at palmerlandscapes.co.uk/collect.

4. The Offer is obtained upon visiting Palmer Landscapes at clarifying your name and registration on the website.

5. The Offer may not be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount voucher, offer or concession rate offered by the Palmer Landscapes.

6. The offer is valid until 6th November 2023.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission where the Conditions have not been adhered to.

8. Only one mix can be redeemed for half price.

9. There is no cash alternative in lieu of using a half price offer or any other offer voucher to visit Palmer Landscapes.

10. Exchange of the Offer is strictly prohibited.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for injuries/or accidents that may occur during the use of the Palmer Collect machinery.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace the Offer without prior notice.

13. The Promoter cannot guarantee the opening hours of the machinery and it may be closed for technical or any other reasons without notice.
