Terms & Conditions for free tub of concrete, mortar or screed prize draw/competition

1. Our prize draws and competitions are organised by Palmer Landscapes or Palmer Nurseries.

2. Entries received after 30th November 2023 will not be accepted.

3. The competition is open to landscapers, builders and DIYers in the Yorkshire region.

4. The competition permits one adult to receive one tub (up to 1/2m3) of concrete, mortar or screed after registering their name, company name, email address and telephone number on the competition entry form.

5. The prize draw is not open to employees of Palmer Landscapes, Palmer Plants or Palmer Nurseries.

6. Only one entry per person is permitted.

7. A winner will be chosen at random within one week of the prize draw ending.

8. The winner will be notified by email / phone (using details provided on entry) by Friday 8th December 2023

9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Palmer Landscapes reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond ourcontrol makes it necessary to do so.

10. Palmer Landscapes accepts no responsibility for injuries/or accidents that may occur during the use of the Palmer Collect machinery.

11. Palmer Landscapes reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

12. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Palmer Landscapes to administer the competition.

13. Palmer Landscapes reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.

14. Palmer Landscapes cannot guarantee the opening hours of the machinery and it may be closed for technical or any other reasons without notice.
